Your pet can be public. Your account data shouldn’t be.

PetPodium is operated by INAXX LTD. This notice explains the main information we process when you use the service.

Information you provide

We may process your email address, account information, pet profile details, uploaded photos and videos, owner-claimed tags, external links, declarations, reports and messages you send to us.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. PetPodium records payment and placement references needed to confirm a successful purchase and update rank. We do not need to store your full card number in the PetPodium database.

Technical information

Like most online services, our infrastructure may process IP addresses, request logs, device/browser information, timestamps and security signals for operation, diagnostics, abuse prevention and reliability.

Public information

Active pet profiles, including submitted pet media, profile details, owner-claimed tags, ranking and confirmed placement total, are intended to be publicly viewable.

Why we use information

We use information to provide accounts and listings, process placement purchases, calculate rankings, host media, send service emails, prevent abuse, moderate content, respond to reports and maintain security.

Service providers

We use specialist infrastructure and service providers for hosting, databases, object storage, payments and transactional email. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their applicable terms.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate PetPodium, maintain transaction and audit records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the service. Deleted public listings may still leave transaction or security records that must be retained.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of your personal information. Some records may need to be retained where law, fraud prevention or transaction accounting requires it.

Security

We use access controls, secure session handling and infrastructure safeguards intended to protect account and service data. No internet service can promise absolute security.
